Actually, considering both Blueblood's and Applejack's reactions... It's more likely that Blueblood IS Elusive, and wants to talk with Rarity about her and her friends knowing.

It's also possible that he recognises that he's the one being spoofed, and therefor the identity of 'Raritina' is pretty simple to figure out.

Blueblood is way too savvy. I'd abort the mission at this point.
Nah. This is the point where you stop treating him as a mark and make him an ally.
No no... vice versa. He's now realized that Rarity is on to him. If he's smart, he'll take her as an ally... but in all likelyhood, he will treat her as a rival.
Except he is very likely to be a bad guy. They won't like that. Rarity might go with, for the sake of dramatic narrative, but even RD is probably gonna say 'Ummm... nope'.
