In hindsight it seems obvious now, I don't think Fluttershy ever uttered a word the whole game because she knew she couldn't keep up the act if she said anything. Especially when things started getting more tense and hostile.
That's basically my response to being in those situations, where I'm the secret traitor. I'm just no good at acting whilst under pressure, my whole demeanor changes quite noticably. Not surprisingly, I identify with Fluttershy more than most other characters in the show, except maybe Twilight.
Some people kinda clam up when they're Mafia. But since Fluttershy's player is always quiet, it didn't seem odd to anyone else. Quite ideal for her.
Okay, on the one hand I'm unsurprised in hindsight that Fluttershy's player would fold when directly confronted. At the same time, though, I feel like there's still a play being made here.
Well -- down to the Doctor then... Since he'd been cleared previously and it doesn't matter which of the other two is really Mafia or Nurse, they'd be voting for the other.
So... of course he's back to slurping his lemonade with the befuddled eyes again.

I think he made it on his own, with SCIENCE! Ever since he was a foal, he had a traumatic event, and the only way he could get over it was with the perfect lemonade blend.
I think the Doctor's just realized something.

She's been *very* outspoken the entire time about everyone. And Fluttershy, since she doesn't speak up much, makes an almost perfect victim.
So... you can see the wheels turning. It's up to him to decide if the cute little pony girl is Mafia or not. And I think he's suddenly less certain about which of them should get the axe.

Not to say it's impossible. Dash could be a really good actress here, but if it were me I'd believe her at this point.
This is Mafia; it's known for foolish decisions based on logic like: sure she confessed to being mafia, but doesn't that make the other pony even more suspicious?
Two other possibilities. Now I don't know the game mafia that well and didn't bother learning how to play it as it doesn't seem that I'll be playing it in the near future but I have seen "Town of Salem" and what if "the Doctor" is a role that wins if mafia wins? Not too well versed on it.

Roles llke that do exist, but the roles for this game were enumerated at the start, and none of them have that quality.
I mean, wouldn't it be counterproductive to the role and the story to tell anyone that the traitor exists? Also remember... the Doctor lies.
Dash's dialogue is very suggestive of a Mafia who's confident that she's successfully painted a townie as Mafia and has convinced the rest of the players to vote to lynch her. She's cocky and ever so slightly intimidating.
The way the panels are arranged makes me expect that the doc will vote to kill of Rainbow. She and Pikny are too happy and smug for there to be no twist.

Actually, I half-expect Doc to vote for Rainbow, but Flutters to vote for herself.
