Discord: GUESS WHO!?
DM: Oh, hey. Welcome. Still setting up here. Feel free to help yourself to some snacks.
(silence)
Discord: Geez, tough crowd. Is this a D&D party or a mosaic? Ahh, but it's all in good fun, isn't that right? A little social awkwardness is a small price to pay for the conclusion to an epic tale. Especially for the starring role.
Welcome to What About Discord?! The epic conclusion of the arc that began with The Return of Harmony. Hoo boy.
Thanks for indulging the longer-than-planned period of guest comics over the past couple of months. I really needed the time, both because I was busy and because I was very stressed. In case you skipped over them, there were a couple of announcements I made during that period: One, I've put Spudventures on indefinite hiatus due to personal reasons, and two, I've published a mod (more like a free DLC expansion) for the video game Griftlands that I was working on behind the scenes for a year and a half, called Arint's Last Day. It features a lot of my writing in a futuristic frontier setting, plus my first foray into designing a deckbuilding set. I'm quite proud of the work, and naturally would like as many people as possible to check it out.
Oh boy, these comments are sure to be fun. Doubtful they'll get as bad as... the incident I will not name, but they could get pretty heated occasionally when it came to Discord.
On the other hand, bet we'll get some fun Story Time out of it.
I had never noticed before, but all of the Mane 6 have some variation of anger or uncertainty on their face...except Dash. She looks like she knows a fight is coming and can't wait.
> "It took over 10 years, but finally... finally... I can use Twilight screencaps from the other six seasons!"
> only panel featuring Twilight is from season 3.
So how many GMs have their screen off the the side instead of right in front? I've tried it a few times and it has the advantage of being able to lean closer to the center maps and figures, and interact more directly with the players.
Hey man, I really like your comics. I've tried to contact you about adapting them to Youtube like I have done here. https://youtu.be/BBfGyj7jK78 But no response yet :(.
I'd be willing to join your Patreon shortly, if only to be able to get into your discord and ask you there.
