Yeah, I do work extra hard to ensure new players get a great experience. You want them to keep coming back with positive energy.

My main goal with new players, is to give them plenty of organic ins to give RPing a shot. Most are WAY too shy to get into their characters right away, so I try to coax them into it by showing off how goofy it/I can be, and give them lil nudges here and there for them to try too.

The trick is to NOT BE OVERBEARING about it. If you try too hard, they shut off.
